degale will be back, yes he was a nob before the fight but we dont know the man, naz was the same although he backed it up till barrera, degale in my eyes won by a point and its not as if he got schooled or knocked out, i think he can still go down as the greatest british fighter ever and i think groves will get knocked out before european level but last night was his night and im glad as this will push degale on

 

i honestly think groves chin is below average to poor and any solid puncher who hits him will have him down and out, degale as good as a fighter he is isnt a puncher mainly due to his slapping, i think degale is just a special fighter or can be a special fighter, with groves i dont see it, take nothing away from him after last night though :good

i personally think the potential is there for him to be the greatest british fighter ever, with the right trainer, attitude and matchmaking i think its possible

 

thats possible and with the anderson fight where people were saying anderson wasnt fighting for another 2 weeks so he hadnt trained enough, groves was supposed to be fighting 2 weeks prior which i believe was also a problem, i think smith beats groves and degale beats anderson but smith would never beat degale and degale might never beat groves :?

 

He will either be humbled or, like Naz, won't be able to move past his own ego. I pray for the former, absolute bags of talent. However, looking at how he took the AM loss, I don't know if he'll be able to focus on anything but George. In the end, George was right about everything he said. He backed his words up, which makes David Haye and Adam Booth look good, and that's good for british boxing.

 

It hasn't done his popularity much good, the support for Groves was overwhelming last night, Degale knew he was making himself unpopular but was relying on the fact that people would support him because he was British and was the best but now that bubble has been burst it is now very difficult for him.

Only himself and McDonnell to blame though

 

Yeah, he's going to feel regreat about a lot of things. He has a huge ego and will believe that he should have done better, he will still think he is better than Groves, and he will feel the decision was wrong. He should speak out just for the drama aspect of it all. I hope this rivalry continues to flourish whether it be with an immediate rematch or a big one down the road, I hope they end up having a classic trilogy in fact, that would be ill boy!

 

Generally the type of person who behaves like a **** pre-fight behaves like a **** post fight.

A little trash talking can be amusing however behave like a man in defeat.

Let's face it the entertaining trash talk has some intelligence to it.
However "you smell" "your ugly" "Ginger" are really the type of insults you hear from a kiss which s what I believe Degale has the mentality off.
