    the only super middle that beats joe in his prime is roy jones and that would be a good fight, i pick joe over hopkins and toney in their primes,

    Toney UD, and a very comfortable one to, probably by at least 3 rounds.

    Toney is, excuse me, was a better fighter than Calzaghe is. He would win, he is stronger and more powerful, has a good chin. He catches Calzaghe, because Calzaghe leaves himself open throwing so many punches.

    Even though I'm pretty much a Calzaghe 'hugger, I've got to go for Toney UD12.

    Toney was/is a fantastically skilled fighter. The old version that doesn't throw punches would struggle but you wouldn't catch Calzaghe at heavyweight anyway. Toney at 160-168 would put on a clinic, Joe isn't exactly elusive....Toney UD.
