The weight thing is stupid because you have to be a midget to even be in the running. Plus its not a record even possible to set in boxings old days.

Well, unless all the catchweight crap keeps on and we just create more weight classes. Super junior middleweight and such.

why is the title not legit, its actually more impressive if you can pull it off that way, there is no rule that pac had to weigh more then 147, he can fight klitschko now and weigh in way below, its allowed.

If they keep inventing belts at non existent weight classes for people then someone may beat Pac's record. But probably Hops record will get topped first.

I can't see anyone on the horizon who has a shot at either. got a feeling these records will be in tact for years to come, maybe forever like Louis's title defenses.

So they just handed him these 2 titles just like that heh? These 2 guys were not just alphabet champions...145 was just 1 lb shy from Cotto's last weight and for Margarito's case, I hope you know how to subtract.
    145 vs. Cotto
    150 vs. Margarito

umm...Do you know who those guys are? Floyd took a vacation when those 2 guys were on top.

Anyway, Pac has defended his 147 title 2x so I guess that would make it legit belt now right?

Martinez good enough for you @154? Why not fight Hopkins and meet @160 and go for the lucky 9th title. By the way, you know that Pac skips superflyweight and bantamweight right?

I would pick Pac as the one harder to achieve.

Because as for B-hop's record, it only takes 1 win. You can pic who's the weakest of them all. For Pac, damn you gotta do it 8 times.
