I'll say it again, martinez is only favored to win against floyd or pac only because of his size:deal. Only speaking the truth here, floyd has already done a lot in the sport compared to guys like cotto, martinez, or marquez for example but he gets more hated and those guys are branded as warriors. It doesn't take a blind fan to know whats up, you say his rep is taking a hit but you have to ****ing wonder comparing his resume to those guys floyd has done more and I'm sure nobody can dispute that but he gets more criticism and more hate from people you have to wonder why and I think both you and I know the answer to that:deal

martinez is not that skilled compared to pac much more on floyd. now, if martinez is at the same weight or just even slightly higher, pac could have already fought and beat him. Its just the size and weight difference that keeps them fighting. that's the cold TRUTH!

floyd and pac will beat him at 154 should they ever fight! it just the possible damage on his that pac may get on that fight that keeps them away due to his obvious big advantage

hope you haven't forgotten that Pac went up in weight to fight MAB, Pac went up in weight to fight Morales, Pac went up in weight to fight Diaz, Pac went up in weight to fight Dela Hoya, Pac went up in weight to fight Margo.

147 is the highest weight pac can go up. He tried at 150 but almost had his midsection shattered by margo. He can fight martinez at 154, but i could see him lose up there, good fight to see tho.

ofcourse there branded warriors they fight anybody, honestly cotto has fought everyone thrown at him in his both losses was like 5 minutes away from going the distance, cotto took very high risk in fighting, Ko artist like Bailey, Pinto, Torres and went toe to toe, he faced olympians, slick quick boxers, physically bigger opponents, and when coming back easy from loses goes a against bigger men in Mayorga that can still take anyone out at anytime. in my eyes before pac was in the story when i heard about mayweathers back pains, i saw cotto and marg shattering it with body assaults, huge shots to the liver and ribs, and thats when to me he started his duckspree... everyone likes a winner but everyone loves a warrior.

and i dont see anything in mayweather fighting a 140 pounder in hatton... when cotto took a fight with clottey who not too many wanted to fight because of his wall shield of arms like winky. and who takes a fight with manny when your constantly thinking of the words you traded in arguments with your wife, face it people will throw the word execuses in but this is life and these fighters are human, also no corner to tell you evade this round so you can do this and this in the next, or you have to do this and that. nope none of that at all just go in by yourself with no plan, not to mention he didn't have anytime to recover from that cut from the clottey fight. he took it with all these problems and mayweather has yet not taken it. give cotto or marg 50 mill and they jump in the ring with 4oz gloves and no vaseline... while mayweather is thinking of getting a shot for blood with a power ranger bandage on it.

No, Pac is NOT a full fledged welterweight, and Martinez is a ***** for constantly calling out guys much smaller than him instead of doing what Pac does, which is cleaning out his division and looking for challenges at SMW.

he may or may not.....it really doesn't matter much if he doesn't at this point. he's done it several times in the past and some are against higher caliber fighters.

Then why doesn't he retire then?

Why make a fighter jump all the way up in a division he doesn't belong when he can go up as you said and fight A REAL THREAT IN MARTINEZ????

If you're a good fighter, people will expect you to keep fighting bigger and bigger people, as is the case with today's P4P fighters.
