i'm a fan of his boxing too, but at the same time, when i'm about to dish out that money, i'm like dam my money goin to the same dude who got all these issues

so end up not supporting

as long as floyd's in his A game in the ring, its definitely worth my money. only if his issues distracts the way he boxes, then im not a fan. nothing personal with me.. floyds personal life is none of my business, and i dont want to hate cause i dont want to judge.. i just hope he boxes again soon.

 

i believe everyone deserves a second chance. if he is truly a good guy now and wants to start behaving like a grown man, then he has plenty of time left to turn it around and get all the love he would otherwise never get. take a real fight next then beat manny, but beat him as a good guy. be the person we rooted for in the olympics, be a true representative of the excellence we feel we bring to the world. not just as an athlete, but as a man. then the sponsorship deals, the guest appearances and the respect will all come.
i do have my doubts. this is a man who once dedicated a fight to battered women and proceded to catch multiple charges for battery to a woman. is he just stupid, completely dishonest, or was he shooting the finger at us and laughing as we bought the honorable dedication?
another incident that bothers me is the whole car shooting thing at the skating rink. whatever way it went down wont change the fact that he put himself there and good guys do not get into stupid gunplay over a rude tweet.
the rest of his outbursts and tantrums could still be attributed to a good guy just acting like a dumbass. we all act the fool sometimes so i could give him a pass for the minor infractions, but shootings and women beating all rolled up in a guy who regularly acts like a jack ass... come on.
