Mollo has a nice attitude and honest work rate, but he's not really that special...one of these guys you'd always enjoy watching on ESPN or whatever but never see as a champion. The TOS fight doesn't bode well for his chances at even a gatekeeper level. If Golota has trained well and is focused, he should be a clear winner. Of course with Golota, it's always a big IF!
You mean, the Golota fight will allow him to try again on the world level. The first time he stepped up, Willaimson sent him back. Now Golota will knock him back.
He looks like a destroyer against Binkowkski and McBride but gets KOed by TOS. I think he will go for the early Ko and get knocked out by Golota in the 2nd round.
I think this is probably right on the money. Even today's Golota is a big step up in class for Mollo.:yep
Golota wants to KO him in one! Golota is going to change strategy to surprise Mollo and start punching
He beat McBride easier than Golota did, and McBride really Golota hell and came close to taking him out. I pick Mollo in 2.
So Mollo, a quick start, young fighter faces an old, past his prime, mental nutcase of a fighter who is known for starting out slow before he gets started? Sure, if Golota can get past the first couple of rounds he will definately beat Mollo who no doubt in my mind will use all his energy to try to knock Golota out early..but honestly, Golota is almost 40 years old now, if you guys expect him to come out with his jab pumping immediatly, you are sadly mistaken. Mollo will take him out early but Mollo is going to end up being a Brian Minto type fighter.
:good :good :good Like I said, Golota will have that jab pumping like a piston, before the bell rings, so all he'll have to do is aim it in Mollo's direction. Sort of like using the plasma cannon on the Doom games; get it energized and ready to blow, then merely point it at what you want to take out and release the trigger. Golota TKO mid rounds.
