Conlon has really impressed me, would love to see him take a medal, great chance of finishing well up the medal table, I think Moylette is third choice at 69, he has not been boxing great.
It was surprising Moylette got the nod over Sutcliffe though. Would like to hear the reasoning for that one, is Phil injured? A boxoff is the least he deserved.
He broke his hand mate:good Ray was very fortunate to be picked, with Hickey not being relesed by the army, and phil breaking his hand.
Moylette was one of the better performers in the recent international round robin series in Germany and that secured his place, internationally he is a better bet the young phillip (who i think is the most exciting fighter we have by the way)
Ray is the better boxer of the two, but Phil has more power i'd say, he will make a very good pro so he will.
Not if its a Dublin video with people talking Dublinese and goin on about drugs, bus strikes and the Snapper et cetera et cet-o-ra et cetera! :smoke
Was just having a look at some of the previous WBF world champions. Evander Holyfield Johnny Nelson (at 2 weights) Roy Jones Jnr Robin Reid Mads Laursen Ted Bami Junior Witter Juan Lazcano Michael Broadie Michael Hunter Steve Molitor Damaen Kelly And all of these have gone from the WBF to fight for and the majority of them have won major world titles, So it this title is so worthless and pointless, why did these guys fights for it then.
I think that was the older wbf belt Adam it became the wbo i think,Still the belt is crap but the fight is good and if Pajo wins the strap it may entice others to come try win it off him which is all good. So whilst i wouldnt rate the belt itself the spin off from holding it could be excellent.
