The Mayweather fight still won't happen. The problem here isn't only Arum and Oscar, it's also Mayweather. If Mayweather doesn't want to negotiate the way ALL fighters do and the way he did for all his fights(Not counting the Mosley fight) then this will happen. If he plans to set out a new list of boxing rules then it won't.
