    Floyd was a welter for 5+ years and just got around to fighting a real welter (Mosley) .. .fight should have happened a long time ago. He also didn't fight a prime Cotto or Margo when they were around. He's been taking the easy route after after the DLH fight.

    No a younger true welter not coming off a loss. which one fits that criteria ?
    For example Manny A WW for just a year faced a younger Miguel Cotto coming off a win @ Welter.
