Because OSDT is NOT part of boxing rules, therefore any move to that for a Floyd fight or any fight after Mayweather demanded it would obviously be a concession to Mayweather. Pac should not and will not do this. He is the p4p#1, the most popular fighter on the planet, and he plays by the rules of the sport, and always has done. :deal
