    I've never seen anyone beat the hell out of Hopkins. That's new to me. If Dawson is the old Dawson I believe he would beat Hopkins. Now based on his last 2 fights it doesn't seem that way.

    Dawson is very good defensively. Hopkins work-rate of 30 punches a round, and being calculating with the straight right isn't going to work on Dawson, because Dawson is quick himself.
