:good The president was natural slugger, who never got to see the full potential of himself, too busy worried about the demons in his head :nut All the best Ike, thanks for the couple of good fights u gave us
Because the chincheckers spend there time slating every boxer rather then enjoying them. and because they know sweet F.A !
Which one? The one where he went life and death with limited brawler David Tua, or the one where he starched supermiddlweight Chris Byrd? Ibeabuchi is mirage, a fantasy. Both Klitschkos are far more accomplished in this sport, as are most current contenders. Think about it. Ibeabuchi had TWO fights against live bodies. That's it.
nevermind that ibeabuchi has been rotting in jail for years, but where is your proof that tyson wanted no part of tua, or is that just something you made up?
Ike won't fight again, but let me play Devil's advocate here- if he got parolled at 40, managed to get his weight to a reasonable degree, won a couple of tune up fights and was ready to go at 41, I would pay to see him fight Vitaly, who would be 43 at the time. Ain't going to happen, but just sayin.
Is there even talk about him being released? If not, this is a moot point and not worth talking about.
Tua was far from a limited brawler. He got rid of John Ruiz the way a badass heavyweight is supposed to, and the way nobody else could. Ike ruined Tua physically, Tua ruined Ike mentally. Either one of those guys could and would have been champ, and if there was a fighter out there today like these guys before they fought each other, Vlad would be getting his ass beat quick and Vitali would be in for the fight of his life. The Byrd KO was impressive because it showed that Ike was accurate and intelligent in the ring, he wasn't just a physical beast. Hell yes, the K brothers are more accomplished. Not sure if you're aware of this, but Ike went to jail. That kind of limits his ability to pile up boxing achievements. If it makes you feel better, I do believe that prime Vitali is right there with prime Tua and Ike. He's no walkover for anyone, a very tough and capable sonofabitch.
Ike had his hands full with Tua, who at the time got regularly beat up in sparring sessions with Golota. K2 would beat Ike in similar fashion to Tua getting beat by Lewis.
Ike Ibeabuchi was denied parole in August 2004, in August 2007 and again in February 2009. He is not eligible for another hearing until May 1, 2012, at which time he will be 39. Ibeabuchi also faces likely deportation. Start the countdown :yep
First off, sparring isn't fighting. Second off, Golota was awesome pre-Bowe. Third off, the only account I can find of them sparring says that Golota couldn't hurt Tua at all so he started going low and then they had a ball-bashing contest. The only one saying he dominated him sparring is YOU, and you've been saying it since at least 2009 without any source.
