You might be surprised... He looked real big and strong against Katsidis who is a huge lightweight... Sure I would of liked to see a little more power, but filling out a little may help with that.. Hes fighting a top 5 guy in a new division is great.. This win sets him straight up for khan/zab winner... I think he'll win but take some shots in the process, if hes not ready we'll knorr after this fight.

Does Guererro even have a legit title at 135 atm? I wanna see him hold one before moving up

I know Robert is solid! He is definitely the better boxer with more talent but Maidana is more dangerous, bigger and stronger than Kats. I think Robert has a great chance in this one but he'll definitely be the underdog.

I have a lot of respect for both guys, but especially Robert. He's fighting at 135 and is willing to fight ANYONE from 135 to 147. Thats balls. I see this fight going the way khan vs maidanna went, with Guerrero landing good combos and moving, but getting hurt badly later on. I see him hanging on to win a decision. Could go either way really, and should make a very good fight. Good work promoters on making a fan friendly fight that will do good business, who thought the 2 could go hand in hand.

I think Maidana showed us he"s a bad night for anyone. With that kind of power and relentlessness you can't sleep at any point in the fight... Maidana has proven an iron beard, but he's taken alot of punishment the last few years. Guererro showed us he can throw bombs all night. This might be one too many wars for Maidana..

Maidana should be reunited with his boy Ortiz.
