    You're dumb... Michael Phelps was eating over 10k calories a day and burning almost all of them off during his workouts.

    And he doesn't even come close to the amount of cardio that Pacquiao does.

    thats about right for a Pro Boxer.

    Olympic cyclists and even Olympic rowers probably take in and burn much more.

    Dude runs a half marathon a day?

    For some reason I have a hard time believing that, he's bound to get knee problems doing that many miles, and should already be suffering knee problems.

    I don't have a hard time believing he does 2k situps and eats 7k calories per day in training.

    16km at a good pace is just over an hour of running. Not that bad. Half marathon is 21km

    Yes, it is. But knowing Pacquiao runs the hills of LA/Philippines, those 16km are still grueling for anyone to do each and every morning before going to the gym and yet again working cardio.

    It's a damn near miracle his knees have held up, don't you think?

    I am 5ft 11ins Tall and 150lbs

    I am a semi-pro Marathon Runner

    run 12/15 miles a day 6 days per week

    i also box 3 days per week

    i eat 4'000 / 5'000 calories a day when in training

    i consider myself very fit and i am proud of what i have achieved

    However ......

    Thats Does Not mean i can Box with Heavyweights .....
    Take Their Shots FULL FORCE ......not even blink an eye lid
    then over power them with my 150lb punches :deal

    And

    No i do not take PED's

    and Yes if i was asked to take a drug test

    ...... i would say = NO PROBLEM :deal
