Pacquiao would rank highest in an all-time ranking but I'm not sure what single division he achieved ATG status in, maybe 130? I'm not sure.

Mosley had an excellent record at 135 but Lightweight is historically one of the most talent-rich divisions, so I wouldn't give him the nod.

Donaire looks tremendous but he hasn't achieved greatness in a single division ... yet.

How can Haye be an ATG at cruiser when he had only one(!) defence of his titles? In addition, he should have fought Cunningham (IBF champ) before moving up...

Neither Klitschko is an ATG, and Haye couldn't carry either one's jockstrap.:yep
