i agree. he almost pulled it off in the lewis fight. i thought he had the fight won until the late rounds where he could only throw one or two combinations and hold the rest of the round....speaking of close mercer fights, how about the tommy morrison fight?

    Duran is my choice too.

Would love to see a prime Tyson emerge in any era though.

Gerald Mcclellan - He would be a very feared man right now

Felix Trinidad -Good for boxing , a fight with Cotto right now would be huge .

Sugar Ray Leonard - The man was special ,Enough said .

Julio Cesar Chavez - loved his style, a fight with Pacman would be a dreamfight .

Thomas The Hitman Hearns - He would also be a very feared man , But he would be feared from fighters from 147 to 200 pounds .

    Stanley Ketchel

    Julian Jackson (to fight Ketchel)

    Roberto Duran

Ken Buchanan (to fight Duran in a fair fight)

Jack Johnson - his natural talent & showmanship coupled with todays training & knowledge. The best heavyweight ever!

    Tyson
    Hamed
    Eubank
    Calzaghe
    Ali

A bit Anglo-centric but I grew up with Hamed and Eubank.

So far out of all the Posts i havnt seen one fighter named that i wouldnt love to watch again.

Alot of folks named Tyson not surprised by this either because a Prime Tyson would kill the PPV's and it would be pure entertainment that we the fans would get.

Floyd would be nice to return to the ring so that we can finally see Pac vs Floyd in the ring.
