what are some good home exercises while not at the boxing gym that have enough intensity to get a fighter toned.Im currently off for christmas break.

Im not going to lie,for the past weeks ive probaly been cheating myself, and its the last straw. i finally realized that if i want to be a world champion,i have to train like one.
For example:for the last two weeks i skipped haeavybag, and did handdrills and sparring every day.I kno this is not good, that is no longer happening.
My boxing team went to another gym,and iliterally got my ass beat from lack of training correctly.(i was simply to tired to fight back).
Can i get some advice or maybe some training advice that i can be doing at home while the gym is closed for break.I want to be the best i can be and i now realize there are no short cuts.

You want to get tonned or you want to have a boxing training routine for while your away from teh gym? For getting toned id just recommend cardio and more cardio. Eg people only doing sit ups thinking they will get a 6 pack wont. You need cardio + general exercises (push ups , sit ups ect ect) to get toned. As for a off gym routine for boxing im sure someone more exp than me will help you , but i suggest keeping up with your road work, skipping, shadow boxing concentrating on technique + general strength and conditioning exercises.

jump squats, burpies, clapping push ups, kipping pull ups, and sprints will help you get toned

Maybe what you meant was getting tuned? In that case, then you have to work hard as much as possible. If you train 3x a week, spar only twice. If you train everyday you should only spar at least 2-3 times a week. Focus on the little things as well.

If you wanna get toned, then just eat the right food and exercise and there you have it.

I hate it when peoople use the word toned. No specific exercise is gonna get you "toned" because to be toned you need low bodyfat levels with some muscle. You're toned when you don't have fat covering your muscles. So workout using calisthenics and do some conditioning and watch your diet and you'll get the look you want.

hiit training ...add in some conditioning drills..burpeess..jump rope double unders etc..push it to the limit..then let your heart rate lower..then push it to the limit again..do sessions for 25 -30 mins..these drills will help maintain muscle.
