Read the bit where he restarted and went on there son. Take 14 days for the rest, 21 days from the start and see if the remainder is more than 8 weeks. I suspect it is.

He does 2000 situps in 45 minutes. I watched him do it. He does them rapidly like 8 situps every 10 seconds. He took two or three 1 minute breaks. Here's the shots I took.

I did watch that video and, indeed, sit ups don't seem to be a problem for Manny. I thought he could continue for days doing sit ups.

I see people are projecting their laziness on an elite athlete. Pac didn't have such good stamina and athletic build from sitting on the sofa and drinking a 6-pack.

Thanks man. Trying to keep the lil guy active and healthy.

I was a cyclist myself, used to ride 75 miles a day from 13yr to 16yr during the summers. Then highschool, chicks, beer, and pot lol. Hopefull my son's running will be ingrained and he won't let things like smoking and beer get in the way when he's older.

10 miles a day is perfectly doable, particularly if you aren't running at a high intensity, it isn't really productive for a boxer though, 10 kilometers would be more appropriate than 10 miles which is starting to get a bit over the top.

The threadstarter is probably fat, an idiot, or both, its certainly possible and isn't going to tear your body a new arsehole like he is suggesting, it just wouldn't be productive for a guy doing heavily skill and strength based training each day as well.

Its all about intensity anyway, once you get good at running you can run at cruisy pace indefinitely (well not indefinitely, but you know what i mean), running 5k at a hard pace can be significantly more taxing than running 10k without pushing yourself.

At the amateur level some people do insane amounts of training daily, a guy at my old gym use to cycle at a fairly high level and he would come in after hours of cycling training notching up 100 k+ before most sessions, and then he would come to the gym and go for a 5 or 10k run with us, then train.

10k a day is realistic, 10 miles is going to start to compromise your strength training and skill based training too much unless you run it constantly within your comfort zone.

i think he's an idiot. you can't run 10 miles once without being athletic, much less everyday.

You twat. I used to run 11 miles every other day for 6 months of my life. Only time i wouldn't go was when i had an injury. If I can do that with no conditioning coach, a crap diet and barely any sleep i am sure a professional athlete would easily run 10 a day.

Tyson says he used to run 7-8 miles a day in camp

wow!!! 10 kilometers a day is just an impossible feat for a well-conditioned athlete that he must be on PEDS. There is no other explanation.

I once ran 100 meters and halfway, I quit. It is such a hard thing to do - run.

Gayweather probably did 500 miles when he fought Baldomir and made it look so easy. I am now a ***** because of that.
