There is no reason for him to continue after that. Wlad will have the WBA, WBO and IBF belts and Vitali has the WBC. That was the brother's goal - all the belts. Vitali is 40 now, so for him its done after this. Wlad then can then beat someone for the vacated WBC belt and be considered 'Undisputed" Champ.

I think Vitaly has said he plans on fighting at least two more times. If all goes well against Adamek he should have a fairwell fight in the Ukraine.

So, Vitali will be 40 years old in July, Hopkins is 46, nobody is asking him to retire. Vitali is kicking everyone's arse! I don't want such as good fighter as Vitali to retire, never!!!!!!!

It will be a shame when he's gone. Love watching him cause he is such a mean mofo. On the upside it would be nice for Wlad to have an opportunity to Unify and we may still see a few Vitali arm punches in the Ukrainian parliament.

Surely he'll fight Haye if Haye beats Wlad...

    Won't happen, Wlad is too
muscley. He is un-knock-out-able. Wlad is made of Ukranian steel, Haye is made of bread, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, lol pizza face. Wlad wins KO1 with a range finding jab.

If you'll allow me to ignore your genius like humour for a second, you must admit to at least the possibility of Haye beating Wlad, however remote you think that is. If that happened I think Vitali would definitely want to fight Haye.

Haye would never fight Vitali - everyone saw how he nearly had a fear induced stroke when Vitali stole his hat and punched his arm on German tv. If Haye got lucky and managed to beat a poisoned Wladdy, then I don't we'd ever hear from him again once he left the arena. He's take his pay cheque and disappear for good

OK well seen as you're so sure of what Wlad, Haye and Vital are going to do there's not really much point talking about it is there.

    Bye

You know what the k brothers are great but you can't help but feel they hold each other back.

There should just be one champion not two top contenders hoggin spots 1 and 2.

That being said why should vitali retire the way he's kicking arse, taking no damage and making millions in the process?

Sure they've never been linear but wlad has been recognised as number 1 for about 5 years and vitali was the number 1 before that and likely still would be had he not been injured.

Once they complete their family goal one should retire tho, we can't have a new champ until that happens and we've waited 7 years now!

if Gaye gets lucky with a Corrie Sanders HayeMaker then Vitali can
give Haye the sustained beating he needs and lift all the Heavyweight
straps from him to become the Un-disputed Heavyweight Champion!!

it's in Haye's contract :deal if he beats Waldo he must face Vitali next!! :yep

in all reality tho, the WBC is the most respected Heavyweight Belt,
the other titles are the Alphabet Soup Titles!! :smoke

    Vitali is the WBC Champ...
