I'd advise you to take just creatine, fish oil caps(chances are NOBODY in this thread gets enough of these unless you're eating some impressive amounts of wild salmon), a multi and some spirulina if you can call that a supp. Everything else you can get from your food.
Fish oil,creatine,mrp's w/ bcaa pills along with animal pak multivitamins. For pre workout i use n.o. xplode on and off. i have done natural and w supps, and using supps with a good training routine and proper nutritional timing has done wonders for me.
Yes, i mix oatmeal w my protien drink in the morning, use 1 mrp during the day at work and then for dinner i will egg whites w chicken sprinkled w olive oil.:good
Nah doll, i eat an apple at night if i get hungry because its low glycemic and sweet. Fruits and veggies fresh cost a bit though and i havent much time when i work 14 hours a day.
