If I approach any fighter's career in history with that much negativity I can slate any resume you care to mention.

    What a load of bollocks.

A lot of people cite the Taylor I fight as showing Hopkins can't deal with speed and pressure fighters. If you've seen the fight Hopkins dominates him from rounds 7 on and had him on ***** street a couple times late in the fight. Taylor didn't do a whole lot in rounds 1-6. If you remember the fight at all I believe less than 15 punches were thrown combined in the first round. The first 6 rounds were a total borefest. Taylor was really ineffective for the majority of the fight. If Hopkins threw at all in the first 6 rounds he would have won the fight going away. In my mind Hopkins lost the fight by his own doing largely to his on inactivity not because he couldn't deal with Taylor's pressure.
