Victor Ortiz the 2009 ESPN young fighter of the year you mean......

    Ortiz has always been hot

*******s just get their info from wikipedia, 2 minutes after Mayweather announces a fight

Mayweather carefully chooses times to fight people

So what does Manny do then, bearing in mind almost every person he's fought since 2007, has been coming off a loss. Most of them to Mayweatehr!

That Mayweather is a real piece of work. He has some nerve fighting guys coming off of good performances, that the fans feel are worthy opponents. He should've let Manny fight Mosley first. Then if Manny beat him handidly, Mayweather then should've fought him. That would've been the honorable thing to do.

This site was actually pretty smart until a certain time

As in real Pacquiao fans (guys who've watched him for years) and Mayweather fans debating a hot fight

Then it became 9am in SE Asia, and you had 9 billion abuse articles about the guy..........

I know. What a crook. Taking on the hottest guy in the division

Manny, leads by example. Lets a guy taste defeat, before he gets involved

My argument is the one any one who likes boxing is making

Yours is of a bitter, little child, who likes Manny Pacquiao a bit toomuch

If you hadn't spent most of the last year abusing Mosely and Marquez in the same way, I'd take it a bit more seriously

this is very simple, floyd attends Berto vs Ortiz to fight the winner, Ortiz won, floyd fights Ortiz, get it?

Ortiz is IN his prime, coming off his best career performance

    Mosley, Margarito, not so much

ortiz is not in his prime. 1 good win doesnt mean u r in your prime. he's only 24. a few years down the line, he'll be in his prime.

and your argument is this: ortiz beat berto....and now he deserves 2 fight, arguably, the greatest p4p fighter??? again...your argument is weak. now, if ortiz won a string of great fights against top notch opponents...then yes, he deserves a shot. but winning 1 good fight???? cmon now.
