Last week i lost three kilos and although ive not weighed myself this week yet im pretty sure i will be losing a good bit this week as well. I dont count calories or anything like that but i just focus on eating good natural foods. A typical days diet for me would be-

Meat 1. porridge, protein shake and a cup of green tea

train and straight away have protein shake and a bottle of lucozade sport

Meal 2 brown rice, can of tuna, half can of sweetcorn and spices
Meal 3 protein shake, green apple
Meal 4 homemade turkey chilli and broccoli or red cabbage
Meal 5 protein shake, a few almonds and green tea

I train hard six days per weeks a typical week is
Mon- Weights then straight after that hiit
    Tue-fasted cardio then abs
Wed- Hard boxing training and intervals
    Thur- Same as Monday
    Fri- fasted cardio
    Sat- A Long run
    Sun- Rest

I have been told that losing anymore than 2lbs per week can be bad for you in the long run and also lower testosterone levels. I started at 15st im 5'9 pretty muscular but i want to get to 12st.

Any opinions or ideas as to what im doing wrong? Or is what im doing sound ok?

Just stay the course and your weight loss will settle and eventually stop. I doubt your test levels will drop as you get in better shape, and they settle after disruptions anyway so don't concern yourself with that.
Its perfectly normal for some people to lose weight quicker than others, and at 15st you can "easily" lose 3kg in a week. You could probably clean that diet up a little more too, but stick at it if you are getting results you want.

People have said different things to me, but I think losing 1-2 lbs a week is normal and losing more then 5 is unhealthy. Sometimes you don't lose any though, and that's frustrating, but it might just be your body changing

The whole 2lbs per week figure is really for people who are just a bit over weight. If someone is overweight by at least a couple of stone or more then losing more than 2lbs a week is pretty normal as your body will be doing it's very best to get to it's natural weight. Most people who are overweight or underweight are consistently forcing their body above or below it's natural weight through poor diets and non existent activity levels.

If you're 250lbs, losing 5lbs in a week would not be a lot at all. you might fluctuate that day to day.

For a big guy? Dropping even up to 10 pounds in a week is not bid deal at first IF you are adding sustainable dieting and exercise to your life. As the body acclimatizes, the weight loss will "plateau" in a month or two. A regular morning run, no beer/ale, and no sweets will usually do that the first week. The bigger question on if the weight will stay off isn't how much you are losing, but if you are keeping up an unsustainable exercise or diet program that you have no chance of maintaining.

You see a ton of guys going to the gym 6 days a week, 3-4 hours a day, eating 6 bland meals a day, and working until they drop. Basically cannibalizing their bodies, social, and mental health. Sure you drop weight, but your appetite grows to insane levels, you miss having a life, and as soon as you hit an injury, and you will, GAME OVER!

Make minimal sustainable lifestyle changes over time and the weight better manages itself.

I'd be careful bud. The faster the weight loss, the more likely you are to end up with loose skin. Your body can't adjust quickly enough. ****, look at Tom Hanks. All the crazy weight gain and loss he did for Castaway left him looking weird. His skin hangs off of him.....

Don't worry about testerone levels or anything like that, worry about loose skin.
