You know how this goes: People who don't want to see, won't see. There's a pretty simple logical reason why, given the supposedly leaked information in the Pac/PBF negotiation, one side would want to close the leak. Ray Charles can see it. But, if you don't want to see it, and other things, and you don't want to understand that 1+1=2, you won't. Lead a horse to water, etc.
So I guess if Mannys wife accuses him of cheating on her, he will sue her ass to right? I mean be ****ing real, Manny would have been better off, had he took the test, and used those results to back up his case. Then again, we dont know if this lawsuit will even hold up in court, so its best to leave that out until it does. cus if there is such e mails as reported I highley doubt this lawsuit sticks around very long.
I honestly think Floyd has no intention of fighting Pac OSDT or not. It just seems like a bull**** excuse. Floyd will just put up another roadblock if Pac agrees to all his terms
Personally I thought taking the ****ing damn shitting ******* test would be the best way to clear his name but continue in your little world. :good
How can the Lance Armstrong investigation's grand jury testimony get out when it's sealed? How can Barry Bonds' testimony get out when it is sealed? Usually what gets out is accurate, in my experience. I'm not saying it should get out, but sometimes it gets out. So, then, do we talk about how it got out or do we talk about what got out?
That is exactly what I thought when Conseco's book came out accusing many high profile players of sterioid use. I thoght, "OK, he stands to make a lot of money from this. Who'll sue to stop these so called 'lies'." NO one did ****. That tells you a little something. Especially considering how several were eventually busted.
It's a move in the right direction. The main criticism was that Floyd didn't have the urge and was vacationing. Now that he has the urge there is surely a chance of this fight getting made in 2012. Pac, according to fans such as the onle below, has agreed to the testing, so that means there's a chance. We'll see what happens after the Mayweather fight in September, but Pac needs to seriously call him out now that he's active. Arum is so quick in signing these other fights instead of pursuing Mayweather though. Now that Golden Boy apologised to him, maybe they can make a deal, but Arum makes more money Pac fighting in-house fighters, and hates Mayweather. So if Floyd is active and Pac beats JMM, there shouldn't be any excuses. Why do I not feel that that's gonna be the case though? I think Arum already has Pac's fights planned out for 2012, and am sure Mayweather is not in that list of suitable opponents.
I really hope you understand how foolish this is. He's taken I don't know how many clean tests. That's why he can sue for defamation: There is a strong pile of evidence against his being a user. Ask James Toney, Roy Jones and others about consistently passing post-fight tests. The lawsuit is proceeding. The judge ruled it could proceed. Shortly thereafter, Golden Boy and Schaefer got out of the suit with their apology.
I believe this is how Team Pac views things as well. The testing was seized on, I think they believe, because Mayweather knew about the Morales fight issue. It was, in that sense, possibly a straw to grasp and Mayweather may be holding on to said straw for as long as he can.
Just because people dont sue doesnt mean that they dont believe that they were wronged, McGwires attorney, Bob Cohen, said. We are in a litigious society, but there are lots of people who dont pursue meritorious causes of action because they just want to get past it. Dont construe that lack thereof as an admission of guilt or of wrongdoing. Its easy to say, Oh, you should sue, but for the people involved its not so easy.
This is your ****ing problem, Toney, Jones jr and Mosley passed the same exact test that Manny has passed, so how is what I say foolish, this would have been OSTD, which Floyd requested, and there for would have held more water than the test that fighters have cheated and beat before in the past. How is that foolish? well to a ******* anything that makes sense is foolish.
He's already taken, and passed, every single mandatory test given to every boxer. That's why he can sue for defamation: The results are in, and have been in.
