Joey is definitely the most underrated fighter on his site.

I know the answer to this.

..but there's a couple of problems. It would be pointless telling you the most underrated fighter of all time as you've never heard of him. The problem with telling you the most over rated of all time is that no one agrees with me.

I think you will find Michael Spinks horribly underrated by some people who look at his fight with Tyson and go:

That would be one nominee for underrated. As for overrated...dare I say Ray Robinson? I mean he is certainly, one of the best fighters to ever live, perhaps the best on camera. I don't mean to slam his record, its pretty much incredible, but a lot of people who wouldn't go onto say ESB's classic forum and read about Langford, Greb, Fitz, Armstrong or Charles would probably go, "best ever? Ohh thats Sugar Ray, no doubt about it." I think in that aspect, yes, overrated.

I need a shower after saying that, but I wanted to be controversial.

Manny Pacquiao and Mike Tyson get overrated by casual fans a lot. Not to say they are the most overrated on this site or from real fans, but just with people who don't know any better.

I've seen both of them be called the GOAT too many times

I was thinking the same thing.
I've never seen anybody cut the ring off a swell as Chavez in the super featherweight division
