My stretching routine came first. Then my shadow boxing routine. Then 6 rounds of heavy bag work, 3 rounds of uppercut bag and 3 rounds of speed bag. Then I would work on certain shots on the pads. Then it was skipping, sit-ups and stomach hits with medicine ball. The sparring came in in place of the bag work. Each morning I would do either beach running, hill running or cycling. I would mix it up. Chris
That includes just about everything in my 'boxing day' routine except a slightly different order. It's rope, stretch, shadowbox, six rounds of heavy bag, two rounds of uppercut bag, two rounds of double end bag, two rounds of speed bag, abs.
Don't forget this high volume, daily routine pros use is in camp...doing that much regularly will lead to burn out and injury.
Thing is with Eubank though he didn't have time off! He was back in the gym the Monday after a fight.
