Isnt McCracken basically doing the same job except he has to stay behind the ropes thats it. Also i dont think we should get overly carried away with Kell yet hes got big flaws no doubt but why do people on this forum keep talking about him getting smashed when he steps up a level when hes doing exactly what he should be with the opponents hes facing currently. I suppose well see when he steps up against N'Dou
I don't think N'dou is a serious proposition anymore. Even Matt Hatton was unlucky to not get the nod against him.
Its a step up irregardless. Im not suggesting that if he beats him Brook should start taking on the top guys at 147 but it would be a good sign. Unless he starts fighting better opposition hes going to go nowhere as a wise man said "how you gonna run with the wolves come night when you spend all day sparring with the puppies"
You could say that about anyone coming up, the best form of defence is attack and Kell is the most explosive, athletic fighter in the country, he combines Speed, reflexes with explosive power, usually only found at world class level and has not shown any chin problems so far, he has beat everyone in front of him, have you seen him close up in fights or sparring ? if you had you would have a different opinion. If Burns, Khan, cleverley ect can do it, then why not Kell Brook ?
