Arum says this fight is a go for Dec. 3. Cotto should be able to get payback in this fight, so that's good for him. However, this fight shouldn't be happening at this time. Margo has been destroyed in 2 of his last 3 fights. In fact, Margo hasn't had a good win since the first Cotto fight almost 3 years ago. Margo is probably done as an elite fighter. Washed up, inactive, injured, fighters who are coming off of an ass whooping shouldn't be fighting on PPV for titles. For his part, Arum says he doesn't about the criticism towards this fight. He says that hispanics will buy it regardless and he'll make a lot of money.
margo must be giving bob bjs or something tko loss suspended shitty come-back fight gifted a pac fight, which he lost now another headlining title fight it pays to lose if you fight under arum edit: in all honesty, now that i think about it, cotto kinda followed the same path the last few years, minus the suspension...so, f it, it should be entertaining
Maybe I'm wrong here. I guess the fans want to see this fight. I personally think Margo is washed up. He's not going to eat those shots he did before like they were M&Ms. He'll probably take another beating. If the fans want to see it though, then I guess it doesn't matter.
Who cares if Margo is totally shot and cant perform anymore? Ill watch it to see Cotto destroy Tony's face, he deserves no less. Cotto needs this win to bounce back, get his confidence back.
Cool. Cotto to win at 154. Rubbermatch too; settle the matter. Then Margarito can finally disappear from the spotlight.
when you do fight like Marg, demand will be there. say what you want about him but he got good money fights ahead of him.
what a shitey fight. another arum screw u dumb casual fans show, u wont know the difference, anyway. i cant watch this. this is like cotto against a 11-18 journeyman
Margo lays his heart on the line every time out. Losses don't matter as long as you go out and give it your all, something MArgo has done every single time. The man is a fierce competitor and a warrior.
