    What are you haters complaining about. I got tired just watching Wlad his the speedbag. His endurance is top notch. Haye is in DeeeeeP trouble.

    Believe it or not there are idiots who claim to be X-times better than Wlad on the speedbag. But don't ask for a video, cuz they don't owe you **** :lol:

    That was good work on the speed bag but his head movement was laughable to say the least!!!! He look like he was playing peek a boo!

    Exactly. Toney nor Golotha are ATG HW punchers yet Ruiz hit the deck every time he got tagged and couldn't hug.

    You have to get around the jab and close the distance to take advantage of it, IF, it is even an issue. He does well enough in fights when it counts.....

    Sorry but if that impressed you, then you hav'nt seen very many world class boxers work the speed bag.

    Wow he has a hard time, timing his right hand after his jab !!!

    he raises his chin and cocks his right before he rotes his right hand into the speed bag. Then he uses his left hand more then his right.. A fighter with good head movement and lateral movement will give him some issues.

    Wlad looked like he was already covered in sweat, his shirt is soaked so most likely this was at the end of the day for him after sparring which makes it all the more impressive.
