yep...Lezzy showed great heart to attempt to fight through that...the second knockdown was due to him tryin' to put leverage on it...
..but at he end of the day...full credit goes to Kashi...a great night for the journeyman...

hey guys, I posted this same entry in another boxing forum and thought i would do the same here..
I have been viewing this site every now and then for the last few years and have enjoyed some good stories and comments about Australia's best boxers. I thought I would just just on here and clear up a few things about my last fight. I lost via tko and was not knocked out I was knocked down and in the process when I fell I broke my right fibula as i got up the ref asked me if I was ok, which I said yes Im good but knowing something is very wrong with my leg. I was moving around as best I could thinking 'how can I survive this round on my very painful broken leg" so I though F it and have a go at knocking him out, putting all of my weight on my right foot and just collasped on the canvas in agony. getting to my feet in pain the ref waved it off. Some of you guys have been saying some things about the fight not having seen it so just thought I would put this up so you all can see for yourself and make your own mind up.. I learnt many valuable lessons in that fight as you do in any loss, Never underestimate anyone and never get complacent. But Im not one for making excuses or blaming anyone or anything 'big mistake, lost fight broke leg' move on and come back better than ever. I have been here before and come back bigger and this time will be no different. Thanks heaps for your time guys Les Lock n Load Sherrington also please keep giving my old mate Kym (darkhorse) some grief as he loves it haha.
