Just watched the Martinez-Dzinziruk highlights again, Barker is going down badly here i reckon and remember Dzinziruk is a class boxer and was made to look like crap.

The Martinez of 2004 beats today's Barker easily...

Once in a lifetime oppotunity for Barker to face a guy of that quality, good luck to him.

Martinez was fighting at Euro level himself for a fair while.

You never know what can happen until they actually get in the ring!

To paraphrase a line from Braveheart "He doesn't have to beat him, just fight him."
Too many boxers making sensible business decisions imo. A whole division of competent middleweights who don't often fight each other.

That being said I expect Martinez to beat Barker in the manner he dealt with Dzinzurik.

    ****in right he ducked him!

Lee and Barker are on a similar level. When you see painted face on Barker after the Martinez fight you will realise why he swerved it!

Lee isnt nearly ready for Martinez, nor is..............

I don't blame Lee for going " **** that for a game of soldiers!" But someone had to step up to the plate.

So that means you dont give Barker credit for taking the fight? just because some people didn't give Casey credit for stepping up and fight Rigo:huh I certainly did.
