McMonagle has Joshua of England next, he beat Brechlin of Germany 23-16. Cathal was robbed apparently in Germany a few months back by the German so this looks another 50/50. Mac has by far the easier half of the draw and now the Turk is even gone out of that side on an injury. So.....

The one second window is gone and the score for each round for each boxer is the average of the three judges closest together.
    I think this means that if I get 3, 5, 6 , 7, and 9 in a round they pick 5, 6 and 7, divide by three and I get 6. Scores of 2, 4, 6 ,7, and 8 would give a 7 ie 6+7+8 /3 =7.
Warnings of two points are added on after these calculations. I'm open to correction as i have never judged under the new system but I think that's the gist.

Thanks for the score updates Matt. And i think you're bang on with regards the new scoring system. As far as i know that's how it works.

McMonagle has been around for years, i really hope he gets a medal. He was there since before the high performance came in and he stuck at it after many losses in senior finals too. I know there wouldn't be much hope for him in the olympics realistically (that's IF he manages to qualify) but he will probably retire soon and it would be great for him to do so with a medal from these euros.

Ran out of time. I fancy Ward at 81, Nurmagomedov at 91, O'Neill or Kotyakov at 75, Cammarelle at super/H.
McLoughlins next opponent is pretty good as you would expect, Borna Katalinic an experienced performer and Croatia's best boxer but Willie can do it.
Sheehan just won RSCI with the scores at 14 : 12 in Con's favour. Injury to the Georgian Guledani, perhaps
    R1 7 : 3
    R2 6 : 8
    R3 1 : 1
