Who Hits Harder : Haye or Wlad?

The fight will e as one sided as the pool results

 

when lad loads up on his punches he hits harder but he usually just throws stiff shots. haye goes for his punches more so generates big power more often. seriously if wlad just threw caution to the wind and put his all into it he would be formidable.

Agree to a point. I think Wald punches harder and Haye is no where near Tyson. If you think Haye is like Tyson you have a problem.

 

Wlad probably hits harder, but p4p i'll go with Haye.

 

Wlad hits with more power, Haye is more explosive...Totally different styles though, Wlad sets up his ko all night before he drops the hammer, Haye is always looking to counter with the hammer...It doesn't really matter, they both have a hammer big enough to take the other out...

 

Lol @ putting up a gif where Haye stuns a opponent as prove of his power, instead of a gif in wich he KO's a big man cold atsch This underlines my point.

Wlad has more power.

And it's a totally different kind also.
Wlad's punch is a much more concussive power/mass punch, wich can knock big men with solid chins out cold and sometimes for minutes.
Haye's puch is more based on the speed/power punch wich puts big men down but not out, wich results in a lot of TKO wins with muliple KD's.

Both have a lot of power, but there's no question wich one is harder.
It's like comparing a basebal bat (Haye) with a sledgehammer (Wlad).

wladimir is it's quite obvious when you compare their careers.

when talking about proper KO's and not TKO's, wladimir from memory has about 20, and haye about 3? huge disparity there. then you also see that wladimir has stopped nearly double the foes that haye has face in his whole career. not to mention they are all heavyweights or blown up cruisers. haye has stopped mainly cruisers and blown up super middles/light heavies etc.

also a couple other points:
a lot of haye's stoppages are based on "surprise". a lot of his opponents keep getting up or taking a knee before the ref calls a halt to the fight. wladimir's opponents often can't beat the count the first time or are literally unconcious.

also the "effort" both fighters put into their punches. e.g. wladimir's ko of chambers looked almost casual and chambers was unconcious for what? 20 seconds? whereas david lunges are his opponents. with his atheleticism, he is able to get away with a lot of risky hayemaker style looping shots without being countered often. against monte barrett he literally sprung off the canvas when committing to his punches. when wladimir fought a much fresher barrett, he threw from the shoulders, twisting at the hips. you don't see wladimir lunging at an opponent to hurt them.

crushing 1 punch power, wladimir. haye is exciting to watch, but his power is more based on ambush shock factor. he hits you with fast heavy punches you dont see coming and you go down the first few times because of surprise, more so than raw freaky power.

 

its a difficult one actually , i think waldo is the stronger puncher and while he does of course punch with good power , i think haye is the power puncher in this fight he causes more flash knockdowns than wlad , his big right hand is gonna be his main weapon on fight night and while i think wlad has a good chance of winning i just dont see him getting away from that punch.... wlad is a stong puncher , haye is a dynamic puncher , wlad leans on his big right hand puts his whole body into it wheras haye can throw his right hand while walking backwards and it will drop his opponent
