Can you see Haye vs Vitali happening?

Personally I'd rather see this than a probable Wlad jab, jab, hold snooze fest.

I'm a bit concerned about under what circumstances it would happen though. If Haye beats Wlad his demands are going to be ridiculously high, possibly too high to make a fight, on the other hand if the fights a bore fest or Haye gets dominated I doubt there would be too much demand for it.

It's a fight I'd like to see though, and with Vitali very much on the slide it could well be a decent tear up.

If he beats Wlad without taking too much of a beating.

I wanted to see Vitali fight Haye first. Vitali would murder Haye, no contest!!!!!!! Vlad wanted Haye, so Vitali decided to let him have him, Vitali signed to fight Adamek. I hope Vitali or Vlad fights Wilder next..........

    Yeah, definitely.

Haye isn't daft, if he can beat the better Klitschko brother he'll be offered megabucks to fight the older, inferior Klitschko who is generally perceived amongst the general public to be the better of the two.

He'd have to be insane to pass that up!

You think Vitali is inferior to Wladimir?

    I certainly do now, yes.

A 2002-04 Vitali would probably beat the current Wladimir, but I don't think that he was at any point the better fighter of the two.

At present, the only advantage he's got over his brother is his chin. He's slower, perhaps slightly easier to hit, and throws punches from his shoulders rather than putting full force into them.

A mover with a respectable dig ought to be able to outpoint him over 12 rounds..... Haye is that man. The two bigquestion marks are (as always) his chin and stamina, the other is that sloppy finishing ability. If he manages to hurt Vitali he won't finish him off and will blow his load in the process.

I'm still not convinced he's disciplined enough to do that kind of job against a fighter of Vitali's calibre. He's far superior to Valuev of course.

I certainly wouldn't make Haye a bigger underdog over Vitali than Wlad.

It might just be me that overrates Wladimir, I don't know.

I can see both sides of the argument with Haye when you consider which one is easier to beat.

Haye is what he is, he's an athletically gifted big puncher with a shaky chin and questionable stamina.

Wladimir is almost his equal athletically, is hard to hit cleanly and has the complete armoury of punches - but also has question marks over his stamina and chin.

Vitali is a bit like a meccano set really, isn't a big puncher anymore but can take a shot no problem, and can also pace himself over the 12.

I just think that at this point in time he's the easier fight, so credit to Haye (yes, I said it :D) for taking on the tougher challenge. Though I'm not sure he believes it's the harder of the two.

I think Haye would rather retire with the belts than fight Vitali.

if the fight can be made before haye's silly self impossed retirement date then it will happen, course the tv and venue need to work out for before that date.

Adamek fight shouldnt be an issue,if vitali really wanted haye he can easily cancel that fight and just fight Haye.

If Haye beats Wlad, Vitali will jump into the ring and start on Haye there and then. I think Vitali is a bit childish like that...
