BJS is fighting Gary Boulden for the Southern Area Middleweight title on the Murray/Mitchell undercard and the fight is acting as an eliminator for the English belt.

Purely looking at it on paper (never a great outlook)... it looks like a step back from Hammond.

Boulden had a good win in his last fight, I think the most you can say about this fight is that atleast he is keeping busy.

Can't remember ever seeing Boulden box, if I did I couldn't have been too impressed. What's he like?

Refreshing to (presumably) see a touted prospect go the Area, English and British title route.

BJS would be a handful for anyone domestically. I love the way he puts his punches together, he's very fluid and shows touches of real class.

    Same.

To be honest though, I expected him to have progressed quicker than he has done.

    Still only a baby though.

I have to admit I like watching Saunders the most. Don't get me wrong DeGale and Gavin are good to watch too, but BJS just has the style I love. He's gonna be in some terrific fights in the future. It's good to see him keeping busy, obviously with the injuries he's fallen behind the other two, but hopefully his hands are better now and he can move forward.
Also unsure at what weight he should be at. He looks like he could make light middle.

I love watching Saunders, looked great in his last fight mixing his punches and throw so many BUT.. its easy to throw 100 punches a round when youre opponent isnt throwing back. Be interested to see how his workrate is after 5 or 6 rounds when hes shipping shots also

He looked good last time out, crisp accurate punchers. I would like him to step up a little more than this but he is still young remember.

He looked good the last 2 times out. As Wallet said a step down from Hammond but a route up the totem pole.
