manchester, liverpool or birmingham, would drive to london if need be though, only problem is because of work will have to either be late night flight on the friday or earlyish on saturday and coming home sunday

 

also for people looking for rooms i found quite a few on laterooms, ebookers, lastminute, i havent checked this week but there were double rooms for around £80 5mile away from the arena last week x

 

Just booked my flight and accom. in Hamburg for fight night at the weekend.

Was pretty tough getting a room in Hamburg and was pricey.

I'm flying in to Cologne on the Friday get in about 3ish and then its a 4 hour train journey to Hamburg. Given the price of accomodation and lack of it in Hamburg I'm thinking about just staying cheaply in Cologne on the Friday then heading to Hamburg by train early doors on the Saturday.

Firstly the trains are quite expensive, does anybody have any idea coaches run between the two cities?

Secondly whether I try and get to Hamburg on the Friday or Saturday morning would depend on if the weigh in will be open to the public and if I would have enough time to get to it on the Friday. Does anybody have any details on this yet??

Has anybody had any luck shifting any tickets at face value as well? I bought two hoping my brother would be able to come with me but due to his lack of funds I'm now going on my Norman. Looking on Ebay they don't seem to be selling quickly there. Its a E130 ticket in the north stand front row lower tier. Going to stick it up on ebay tonight but if anybody has had any luck selling on elsewehere I would appreciate the advice as its going to be a bit of a mare if I can't get rid.

Isn't there a train link running from the airport to the main station in Hamburg?

Gaz, dont get there til half 9 so dont wana **** around with train

 

Train station is inside the airport - every 10 minutes and takes 25 minutes probs easier than a taxi mate :good
