Funny to think after all the stressing about getting fight tickets, the venue still isn't sold out and people are struggling to get rid of <ahem!;)> "spares" at face value.

I'm surprised it's not sold out. Doesn't Klit always sell out his fat bum fights?

But then again, I went to the Haye Fraudley fight, and tickets were still on sale 2 weeks beforehand, but then were being sold for over double face value outside the MEN on the night.

the ferry crossing is £30, theres me my pal, and my wife going, costing us £180 in total, for my mate to drive from Uttoxter to Brum, to Dover, over on the ferry, 7 hour drive to Hamburg, spending a day in Hamburg going to the fight, then coming back after the fight on the mid day sunday ferry back to UK, like I say costing 3 of us £180 all in

    tickets here £32.50 each

Can't believe this ain't sold out yet and tickets ae going for less than face! I'm well looking forward to a trip out to hamburg for a few days and a world heavyweight fight!

Anybody know what beer prices are like? Reckon 200 Euros is enough for whole of Friday and Saturday?

I think the reason the reason it hasn't sold out is the price of the flights to get there. I know a few people at work who would have come but refused to pay the silly money for the flights.

It terms of money, I dont know about Hamburg but I went to Berlin at Easter and you could get a pint for 3 euro easily enough.

This wont be a drinking trip for me. Gonna do the touristy thing methinks.

Im told you have to purchase a card to use at the bar which you top up with credit

Its 90 minutes - 2 hours in a car...being Germany public transport links are likely to be good.
