He doesn't have the leverage here, Fury is a huge draw in the UK and the US. He just fought in front of a record gate at Wembley.
i've got a feeling this is going to happen now.
60/40 in Furys favour is fair.
Agreed, it's why I don't believe the fight happens. AJ isn't mentally ready for it.
I don't see how this fight can be in the UK over winter anyway. Can really only be a stadium fight and not sure you can do that here in December...
The fight was not taxing physically.
The big different is AJ has nowhere near the range or explosiveness of Wilder. What makes Wilder a harder fight is how unorthodox he is.
Find it bizzare that people are having a go at Fury here. Usyk has said he cannot fight this year, so Fury has said **** it I'll fight AJ this...
It makes a lot more money if AJ gets a few cheap wins under his belt.
Agreed theres no way an AJ vs Fury fight happens anytime soon, AJ needs a lot of wins under his belt before it's even considered.
He will fight both of them.
People still don't seem to 'get it' with Wilder.... Yes he is awful technically, but he is incredibly explosive, has huge reach, is not chinny...
Regardless of whether AJ is a better boxer, Wilder wins this fight all day.
I feel like the people getting most giddy about the retirement were those terrified he is going to clear out the division and were just 'hoping'...
I honestly think it's going to be a walkover and this is coming from someone who believed the 3rd Wilder fight was a risk for Fury. People go on...
