I would like to enquire about a safe and successfull way of dehydrating last 2 or so pounds on the day of a weigh in/ for amatures and rehydrating...
That is what i usually do but tomorow i mght need to do the weights in the morning and go for a run in the evening. wouldnt that stop my muscles...
I wanted to ask if doing weights in the morning and then going for a run in the afternoon/evening would hinder strength/muscle recovery and gains?
If any1 else see's this thread can you suggest good foods to eat best excercises to lose weight etc thanks

It's calorie free so can't make you gain weight so its like water. Can't be bad for you
