I've been doin it for a while after after workouts, like other posters have said though, i just use the whites.
What a fight it would've been though. I'd go with "El Terrible" my fav fighter of all time.

Always feel like ive done more of a work out when i run than when cycling.
Going to stick to sprints from now on. How does this routine sound? Using a football pitch i jog around half of it and then sprint the half way...
It's pretty flat where i'm from unfortunalty, definetly gona give it a go tonight though Should be able to get a good workout round that lake.

I like swimming and always feel like ive done a really good workout. Only problem is my local baths is always overcrowded. Find myself weaving in...
We've got a watersports centre not far from where i live, with a 2.8km lake. Was thinking of cycling round that, do 500m sprint, 300 slow pace. etc.

Nice1, probably give shadow boxing a try too. Been boxing for a couple of months now and my trainer says its one of the best workouts for...
