He's agreed to the tests just no blood test 2 days before the fight. They will be doing 9-10 random urinalysis and 5-6 blood tests. 2 days grace...

Well Pacquiao is still on board for the fight, doesn't want the blood test being done two days before the fight. That's a fair compromise....
