that was near the end of his career and khan was a fantastic amateur. i think you can write off the 2nd fight.
his opposition are poor but as an amateur boxer he seems to be in a class of his own in technical skills definitely my favorite amateur fighter...

I don't see how you could possibly put LHW under HW. There have been far more excellent LHW's than HW's.
the best technician of the last 20 years along with Hopkins. of course I've watched several of his fights more than once. he's a treat to watch.
Not sure what you're on about to be honest. Effective but technically poor fighters are exceptions to the rule.
it feels like there was a sharp cutoff in talented technicians in boxing since the 90's ended.
