Shadowboxing is 10x better then hitting heavy bag. Focus on shadow, pads and sparring.
Sounds way overtrained. A good 90 min. boxing workout and 30 min of interval training is plenty. 6 days on, 1 day off.
I reccomend resistance bands and medicine ball plyometric based lifts. dips and pullups too.

i would try to incorporate a wider variety of drills into your routine. different bags and footwork drills.

punching and rowing using bungee bands are a good push/pull combo that is easy on the joints.
