Alexander would win easily in my opinion. He has good all round boxing skills, can bang and has a good chin. KO by round 6.
BTW: I don't like Khan for a lot of reasons, but his race has nothing to do with it.

You can't hide the fact that Khan has a glass jaw, he has been on the canvas five times fighting mediocre opposition. You can't argue with facts....
In my opinion Alexander is the top guy at 140.
