Sam Langford anybody?
There's pro fights in Greensboro, NC almost every month. Sometimes in Columbia, SC as well.
1. Pep 2. Ali 3. Tommy Loughran 4. Ray Robinson 5. Joe Louis
Sorry, I should have stated that I was referring to Pros with a few fights. Guys way past the basics.
Obviously it's different for the individual. But I just want an idea of what you feel would ideally go into building a great fighter.
LOL, I gotta tell these guys to panic more.... So good quality food but not too much of it.... Makes perfect sense. Now I'd like to ask...
Thank you! And is there anything different you might do with your diet that last week?
That makes sense. And just to get into specifics, when you say Tuesday and Wednesday would be light do you mean just shadow boxing and maybe...
Thanks for making this thread BB. Can you give us some thoughts on tapering off of intense training before a pro fight?
What a great great thread here. I am intrigued by conditioning through kettle bell swings. I will give it a try. Thank you Puma.
Just finished watching Banke and Zaragoza's bloodfest. It was a crazy battle in general. A lot of eb and flow. This may be the best fight...
Whoa! You weren't exaggerating about the flap! That's serious. And Lou Duva trying to put vasaline on it and it opening..... oh man. Nothing...
Antoufermo was all heart. Only seen a couple of his fights but that's the impression I got of him. I'll check it. Thank you
Damn that sounds gross. To think of flesh flapping..... lol I'll definately check it out, thanks.
I don't think I've ever seen blood spurting like that from around the eyes. Was it a punch that did it?
