As everyone else has said, widen the hands or squeeze inwards when you do bench press. Other than that, leave the triceps out and do some flyes.

No. It's not worth it, it'd take me longer to wrap my hands than it would for me to get knackered hitting my punch bag.
I don't wrap my hands and the gloves are miles too loose, so it's definitely not that.
