Hrgovic isn't really impressive to me. He arguably lost to 39 year old gassed Zhang. Good fighter but would get smoked vs Usyk, Wilder, Fury.
Unless Wilder has become gunshy, I don't see how Parker wins this. Parker could easily get KO'd in similar fashion to breazeale in shorter time.
