I watched the Arreola vs Adamek fight again and Adamek got hit many times and might have lost that fight if Arreola wouldn't have hurt his hand....

Adamek is tough, no doubt about it, but his toughness will get him hurt in this fight. Once Vitali gets pissed in the ring it'll be over.
I don't think he's overtraining, but glad he's taking the Adamek fight very seriously.
