because they are lacking stability muscles to squats... but it does work the leg pretty good its actually pretty functional for bikers and...
i usually spend the first half of the round going all out and spend the second round running away or clinching because i am too tired to hit anymore
back then my friend did that machine 3 times and everytime he got 900+ even at 110lb(when we spar i can just stand and take lots of his punches...
hate to break this you pal but all you need to do to break the 900 score is load up and push it instead of punch it....
i like fighting people like that because i hate counter punchers.....
