Dude, he's contemplating quitting because he got hurt in boxing...the entire premise of boxing is basically to hurt your opponent...it goes both...
Well, I'll most likely start off in heavyweight as I'm losing weight, but I'll most likely stop cutting at 175, light heavy.
Take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I'm guessing resistance bands might help more.
As most of you here already know, I'll be starting boxing soon with a very well-known trainer, and one thing I was wondering is what a good reach...

Little calories and lots of cardio will make you lose muscle. You need a good balance.
But that's the thing, I've gotten WORSE with practice!
Oh, and I am making contact with the ground, so it's not like my rope isn't hitting.
